General Computing Help:

1. For all URGENT enquiries you should call the ICT Service Desk on x49000 (020 7594 9000)
2. Less urgent enquiries can be logged directly via the ICT Service Desk Webpages, you can email them at service.desk@imperial.ac.uk or you can call them on x49000.
3. The ICT webpages contain lots of very useful information.

SPAT-specific computing enquiries should be directed to spathelp by email only please.


Please remember - the main onus is on you to use your initiative to solve your computing problems where you are confident you understand the implications of your actions. Some SPAT specific information can be found on http://www.sp.ph.ic.ac.uk/computing). We do not have a dedicated full time computing support person and you are therefore strongly advised to seek help in the order listed below:

1. Search for answers to your questions yourself by:
